I began my career with St. Louis Scott Gallagher. Freshmen year, I made the move to St. Louis City SC Academy where I played my U16 and U17 seasons with the club. For City, I played across the entire backline. This year, I made the move to high school soccer and I will be playing for the St. Louis Scott Gallagher ECNL U19s.

It would be an honor to play soccer in college and I have the ability to play at the highest level. Throughout my career I have learned how to apply discipline, hard work, and leadership which can all be seen in my day-to-day life on and off the field. I’ve personally seen Shane develop from a very young age into a player that has no limitations. Five things stand out about Shane:
1-Shane is a team-first player - which says a lot about his character.
2- Extremely Coachable. He picks up on patterns and tactical aspects of the game quickly.
3- A very composed player. He calmly and quickly solves problems and simplifies the game. He balances a lot of respon­sibili­ty­ and has demons­trated­ himself as a true two-way player.
4- Plays at speed physically and mentally. While Shane has great natural size and speed, he separates from other players in his technical skill and body positioning. From a skill perspective, he uses both feet well in tight spaces and serves accurate passes short to feet as well as long driven balls with either foot.
5- A hard worker. Shane has a naturally high motor and elevates his game in training and matches.

Strengths:
I am a versatile player that has played every position on the back line. I am comfortable with the ball on either foot which allows me to easily play out of the back and break lines going forward. I am a strong defender – I go into tackles hard and don’t shy away from aerial duels. My composure allows me to possess the ball under pressure and find balls in behind/lofted balls to wide players.
